The Lotte gas-fired water heater is a quality, versatile product capable of combination hydronic and domestic hot water applications. Used either for hydronic water heating or for domestic hot water, the unit is a modulating boiler with variable heat output between 9 - 23.3 KW /hr. In a small domestic environment, the boiler can provide sufficient output for combination hydronic and domestic hot water generation.

 SILENT OPERATION

The gas boilers are almost silent in operation, with no noticeable emissions. They have a very long operating life, and only require a minimal service routine.

SIMPLE INSTALLATION

Installation is a relatively simple process that can be performed by any person with a reasonable degree of competency in handling gas apparatus. It is necessary for the flue to have access to an outside wall for ventilation.

CONSTRUCTION

The heat exchanger is an aluminium-finned copper tube design. This makes the product relatively lightweight and resistant to oxidation problems.
