SILENT OPERATION
The diesel boilers are almost silent in operation, with no noticeable emissions.  They have  a very long operating life, and only require a minimal service routine.

Installation is a relatively simple process that can be performed by any person with a reasonable degree of competency in handling diesel engines.

These boilers are manufactured in Korea to our specifications by the ABC Boiler Company. The boilers are manufactured to high standards which are sold through its world-wide network of offices.  It has manufacturing plants in Korea and Beijing.
 
 

BOILER SETUP OPTIONS

The ABC Boilers have been designed with 2 methods of hot water connections :

•  domestic hot water.  On the top of the boiler are copper inlet and outlet connections for connection to a domestic potable hot water system.

•  space heating.  At the base of the unit, either left or right side is an inlet connection for hot water generation for hydronic space heating.  Hot water flows up the unit to an outlet connection at the top of the unit.

•  both types of connection can operate concurrently.

1) Locate a convenient place to install the boiler within close proximity of the water cylinder.  This requires access to a 240V power supply (for the pump), and adequate ventilation of the exhaust fumes outdoors.
2) Install the exhaust flue.
3) Connect an inlet and outlet pipe and a by-pass loop between the boiler and the water tank.
4) Install a circulating pump.
5) Connect an expansion tank to the return water connection to allow the system to cope with the expansion pressures of boiling water.
6) Connect a thermostat to the hot water cylinder and wire back to the diesel boiler.
7) Connect a diesel fuel line and a fire valve to the boiler.

The boiler is now ready for operation.
